What Others Said

Gimly: There are some absolutely phenomenal pieces in _The Mind's Eye_. The synth score, the premise, the neon, the throwback references and the frequently STUNNING practical effects. Unfortunately it's too unfocused and poorly acted to be fully realised in its entirety. _Final rating:★★ - Had some things that appeal to me, but a poor finished product._
