President Bocca has assumed human form and comes to visit the human world with Lizel. Rakia notices Bocca's destructive activities and confronts him with his bare hands, but is knocked down by Bocca's Butlers guarding him. Shoma and Hanto, upon receiving the report, transform into Gavv and Valen in front of Bocca. They challenge Bocca to a fight, but Bocca is ready to see what they can do...!?
