Overview

A Librarian from the past time travels to the present and finds himself stuck here. When he returns to his castle, which is now a museum, he inadvertently releases magic across the continent. He is given a new team to help him clean up the mess he made, forming a new team of Librarians.

I enjoyed the original films and 2014 series of "The Librarians". Yet, somehow, the latest iteration, simply doesn't resonate with me.

Why? I think the underlying problem is its been done before and frankly, its been done a lot "better". The writing for this latest series feels uninspired, like its going through the motions, taking little to no risks along thew way. Almost as if, it had been ...
