Firefly is one of those TV series that instantly resonates with sci-fi fans. The scope and potential of the whole thing is epic. But as usual, the TV high-ups were utterly blind to what they had and canned it before it really took off. I've lost track of just how many times I've watched this series, on Blu-ray and DVD, but it never gets old....
