Kalevi Kahra was a Finnish actor with a career that spanned over four decades and included winning the Jussi Award for Best Actor in 1968 for his most highly-regarded performance as the character Adolf Halme in Täällä Pohjantähden alla (English: Here, Beneath the North Star). He served as Chairman of the Finnish Exhibition Union, the country's oldest and largest performing arts trade union, for over two decades, beginning in 1975.
