Her notable works include roles in the film "O Lugar do Morto" (1984) and the television series "Verão Quente" (1993). In the late 1980s, Mota relocated to Paris, where she shifted her focus to writing. Under the pseudonyms Isabel-Victoria da Mota and Jean Miller, she has published over 24 books, encompassing poetry and prose.
