Born Steve D Sliwa, Jeff Hammond is a former American gay pornographic actor and model. Hammond's career in gay pornography started in 1991 when at age 19, he made his feature film debut in Falcon Studio's "Driving Hard." Hammond would continue working with Falcon Studios' sister brand Jock Studio and Mustang. Hammond's last feature film was 1996's "Tradewinds" by Huge Studios. Hammond is of Greek descent.
