Now this isn't great - done on a minuscule budget with precious little by way of resources to play with - but the story is simple fun and Tom Walls ("Dexter") and Yvonne Arnaud ("the Queen") seem to be having a laugh as he has to rescue her from her revolution-struck kingdom and explain (or not) her mysterious presence to his staff, friends - and more importantly, his truly perplexed fiancΓ©e "Lydia" (a positively pouting Anne Grey) back in the safety of Blighty. It passes an hour, or so, in an amiable fashion as their escapades have just a touch of farce about them, though not enough to spoil it, and an agreeable ending.
