Valle's birthday threatens to be a washout: His mother is on a research trip, and all he gets is an old, dusty bicycle. But Biciklo is not just any old bike. It has magical powers and rides by itself. One day, shady businessmen come to the small town. They want to snatch the residents' houses and lure them with fraudulent offers. Valle and his girlfriend Jasmina do everything to save their home. But the criminals don't like that at all.
