Under pressure from his father Hassan, Ahmed agrees to marry another to give birth to someone who inherits his wealth. The choice falls on the dreams of the poor girl who counts her sick mother. The father agrees with her to give her a monthly amount of money, provided that the divorce takes place after her birth and that Amal hopes to raise the baby. Over time, love grows between Ahmad and Ahlam.
