This year Sinterklaas again in danger! Villain Doctor Wings Laer and his henchman Igor (Sven De Ridder) disguise themselves and syringes 'bark spray' to all the presents. Thus, all children soon the "barking cough and some Doctor Wings Laar has a drug that he sells for a lot of money. But also the Zwarte Pieten come into contact with the substance, the situation on the steamer is completely out of control. Especially because there is a real dog on board found by the Zwarte Pieten in Spain. It is the stray dog Sophie who hopes that Zwarte Pieten can bring her her favourite animal. Will Sinterklaas and his helpers succeed in disinfecting the presents on time and to bring the dog home safely?
