A trio of fraudsters, Ippei, Saki, and Gen, who work seriously (?) every day with the motto, "My life is solidified with lies, I'm a serious hard worker!" They are geniuses when it comes to tricking people with their kuchihacchode haccho. The person they set their sights on is the director of Okawara General Hospital. There is no mercy for the unscrupulous doctor who uses exorbitant medical bills on the weak to fill his pocket and threatens to donate his organs if he can't pay them! Will Ippei and his friends be able to win a lot of money!?
