River Roest:
Such Miracles Do Happen should also refer to this film itself as well. It is amazing that Rupik was able to make this film (mostly) by herself. The film creates a beautiful dreamlike world. Through a combination of slightly unsettling imagery and a sense of childlike wonder, Rupik creates a whimsical story that sucks you in.
