Inspector Vijay apprehends a female criminal don, Madam X and logged her underground so that he can pressure her to release information about her gang. He then approaches knife sharpener, Sonu who is the look-alike of Madam X, teaches her Madam X etiquette and mannerism and then inducts her in the Madam X gang so that she can provide him with their where-about and the criminal activities they are involved in. But Sonu and her family are made targets when the real Madam X escapes.
